Can I enquire without a completed tech pack?
Yes. Start with the intended product, a reference, estimated quantities and the details you already know. Identify what still needs development; pattern work, material selection and sample revisions need their own scope.
How do I request a free catalogue?
Use the gift or catalogue entry to request one complimentary digital apparel catalogue via WhatsApp. The site does not currently offer an instant PDF download. A confirmed business number is required before the WhatsApp request can be sent.
Does saving my brief send it to the factory?
No. Saving creates a text file on your own device. It does not send a message or include attachments. Use a confirmed receiving channel when it becomes available.
Which files should I prepare for a sample discussion?
Prepare reference views, a measurement sheet, the material brief and artwork with intended size and placement. Send only files relevant to the project and agree confidentiality before sharing sensitive designs.
