Quick answer

Production time and transit time are separate. SenLin supports sea freight, air freight and international express; the destination, shipment size, urgency, packaging and Incoterm determine the route and freight quotation.

Choose the transport route

These are planning directions, not fixed transit-time or cost promises. Freight is quoted against the confirmed shipment and destination.

RouteOften considered forConfirm before booking
Sea freightLarger or less urgent shipmentsPort, consolidation, carton data and destination charges
Air freightTime-sensitive commercial shipmentsChargeable weight, airport handling and delivery scope
International expressSamples and smaller urgent parcelsCourier, remote-area charges, duties and delivery address

Custom packaging and cartons

All listed products support custom packaging and cartons subject to artwork, material, minimums and quotation. Specify polybag or alternative packing, fold method, size stickers, carton marks, assortment, barcode needs and any market-specific warning text.

Approve packaging before bulk packing begins. Extra packaging materials, inserts and custom cartons may have their own minimums and lead times.

Returns and nonconforming goods

Custom B2B apparel is not covered by an automatic consumer-style return promise on this site. Inspection timing, evidence, reporting deadline, rework, replacement or credit must be agreed in the quotation or contract.

Photograph shipping damage before opening the cartons where practical, keep labels and packing records, and identify affected quantities by style, colour and size. For quality issues, compare the goods against the approved sample, measurement chart and written acceptance criteria.

Questions buyers ask

Answers to use before quotation.

Do you ship by sea, air and express?

Yes. All three methods are supported. The final route, carrier, handover point, costs and estimated transit window are confirmed for the shipment.

Who pays duties and destination charges?

That depends on the agreed Incoterm and quotation. Duties, taxes, customs clearance and destination handling must be assigned in writing.

Can customized garments be returned?

Any remedy for custom B2B goods follows the written inspection and nonconforming-goods terms. No automatic return right is promised here.

Review & evidence

What this guide is based on.
