Designed around your brief

Build the feel. Refine the silhouette.

Our confirmed fleece-apparel range covers hoodies, sweatpants, coordinated sets and outer layers. Ready-stock solid-colour routes use pure cotton, Huamian cotton (华棉) or polyester with 96% or more of the selected principal fibre, in 200–400 g/m² relaxed-fit styles for summer, spring or all-season use. Sizes run from S to 5XL with a 1–3 cm garment measurement tolerance; exact fabric, colour and size stock is reconfirmed in the quotation.

01

Everyday fleece

Develop a balanced hoodie or sweatshirt around regular wear and layering. Discuss the inside surface, neck opening and sleeve ease together, then review the rib and body fabric as a combination. A comfortable garment is more than its headline fabric weight.

02

Relaxed heavyweight

An oversized direction needs an intentional shoulder, sleeve and body relationship. Specify the intended dropped shoulder, hem position and hood shape rather than increasing every measurement. Review pocket corners and multi-layer joins where the chosen construction can become bulky.

03

Coordinated sets

Approve the hoodie and sweatpants together while keeping separate measurement sheets. Compare body fabric, rib and drawcords under the same lighting. Decide whether top and bottom sizes may be mixed and whether the order counts complete sets or individual garments.

Illustrative project brief

A hoodie-and-jogger launch brief

For a two-piece collection, begin with the confirmed 200–400 g/m² ready-stock direction, choose pure cotton, Huamian cotton (华棉) or polyester at 96% or more of the principal fibre, and provide an S–5XL size allocation. Add the DIY front-chest or back logo/print, then approve the fabric, relaxed fit, decoration and custom packaging or carton plan. Exact stock, fibre declaration and seasonal suitability remain quotation decisions.

Service FAQ

Product-specific answers.

What GSM is best for a premium hoodie?

There is no universal best number. Around 320–380 GSM is a practical premium starting range; 400 GSM and above creates a heavier, more structured result. Fiber, knit, brushing and fit can change the feel as much as the headline weight.

Can you match an existing hoodie?

A physical reference can guide proportion, handfeel and construction. We still translate it into an agreed specification rather than treating the reference as a complete production instruction.

Can fleece colors be custom dyed?

Yes, subject to mill minimums and lab-dip approval. Stock colors usually support lower starting quantities and faster development.

What does the sewing photograph demonstrate?

It shows an actual overlock workstation in our factory with fabric pieces and matching thread. It is a view of the equipment and work environment, not a claim that a pictured garment is your approved fleece specification.

What should I include in a fleece sample review?

Identify the body shape, hood, rib, pocket construction and artwork, then list measurement and appearance changes by sample version. Confirm materials and trim together before moving to a bulk approval sample.

Which hoodie, sweatpants and fleece specifications are confirmed?

The confirmed range uses pure cotton, Huamian cotton (华棉) or polyester with 96% or more of the selected principal fibre, 200–400 g/m², relaxed solid-colour ready-stock styles, S–5XL and a 1–3 cm garment measurement tolerance. Summer, spring and all-season directions are available subject to the selected fabric and stock.

Can ready-stock fleece styles include DIY branding?

Yes. Choose a custom logo or print for the front chest or back. The ready-stock direction is supplied without hangtags unless separately specified; final artwork size, decoration method, fabric compatibility and exact stock are confirmed in the quotation and sample.

Can you customize packaging and cartons for fleece orders?

Yes. All products support custom individual packaging and custom cartons. Provide the packaging material, dimensions, artwork, carton marks and size or set pack ratio so the exact scope and cost can be written into the quotation.

Plan the development

From your brief to an approval record.

01

Choose the fleece route

Compare brushed fleece and loopback French terry using actual swatches. Specify body weight, composition, rib requirements and the intended silhouette; avoid approving a fabric from GSM alone.

02

Resolve bulk at construction points

Review hood joins, pocket corners, cuffs and waistbands on the sample. Identify where seam bulk or decoration backing affects comfort, then record the accepted construction and measurements.

03

Create a repeat-order reference

Keep the approved garment, material references, trim details and measurement version together. A repeat order still needs fabric availability, shade and delivery reconfirmation; an earlier sample is not a stock guarantee.

What closes each approval stage?

A written brief records the requirements. A reviewed sample resolves fit and construction. A pre-production record identifies the accepted material, artwork, measurements and packing instructions. Agree who can approve changes and keep version numbers on each file.

Separate production from delivery

Standard-style production takes 15 working days; custom production takes 20–25 working days. Confirm the schedule start date and approval milestones for your order. These are production periods, not shipping transit times.

Sea freight, air freight and express courier are supported. Transit time, freight charges, packing and any duties or taxes are confirmed for your destination.
