Designed around your brief

One programme. Many individual requirements.

A teamwear order brings several decisions together: different wearers, a consistent identity, an agreed delivery plan and a quantity matrix that stays accurate. Plan those details alongside the garment. This is especially useful when tees, polos, fleece and sets must work as one programme rather than a collection of unrelated items.

01

Team and club kits

Define which garments belong in each kit and whether top and bottom sizes can differ. Match artwork scale to each product rather than applying one size everywhere. If names or numbers are required, keep the personalization list linked to the size and packing allocation.

02

Staff and corporate uniforms

Brief the daily activities and wearing environment before selecting polos, tops or layers. Agree the expected appearance of collars, logos and combinations. A uniform programme benefits from one documented standard that different departments can order against.

03

Events and distributed teams

Organize quantities by group or destination before discussing packing. Identify the required carton marks and any individual bundle labels. Keep production completion separate from transport and arrival milestones so the event date is not mistaken for a factory release date.

Illustrative project brief

A mixed-size programme for three locations

In an illustrative staff programme, three locations select different quantities from the same approved polo and fleece range. Keep one master style-and-size matrix, then create a packing allocation for each location. Appoint one approver to consolidate changes. Sea freight, air freight and express courier can be discussed, with the destination, shipment arrangement and transit estimate confirmed separately from production timing.

Service FAQ

Product-specific answers.

Can each garment have a different name or number?

Yes, when the personalization method and clean data format are agreed before production. Variable decoration usually affects price and lead time.

Can orders be packed by person or location?

Yes. Individual, team, store or location packing can be specified. The packing matrix must be locked before the packing stage.

How do repeat orders stay consistent?

The approved sample, measurement table, artwork, color references and trim record should remain the program standard. Materials may still require reconfirmation between production lots.

Does the storage photo show ready-to-ship stock?

No stock availability is claimed. It shows bagged textiles organized on racks in our factory. Product availability, quantities and delivery timing must be confirmed against your order.

How should I prepare a multi-location order?

Create a style-color-size quantity matrix with a location code for each allocation. Keep names or personalization data separate until the format and privacy requirements are agreed, then lock the packing version before approval.

Can different locations order different size mixes?

Yes, mixed sizes are supported. Submit one consolidated matrix by style and location, then confirm the accepted quantities and packing arrangement in the quotation. Colour allocation is a separate decision.

How should I send names and numbers?

Use one agreed spreadsheet format with a unique row for each item, its style, size and personalization. Check spelling and approve the final file before production. Share only the personal information actually needed for the order.

Can you guarantee an identical shade on every reorder?

An earlier approval is a reference, not a guarantee of unchanged material availability or dye lots. Reconfirm the proposed fabric and shade for the new order and agree any acceptable variation before production.

Plan the development

From your brief to an approval record.

01

Build a size and destination matrix

List style, colour, size and quantity by team or delivery location. Keep a single approved version, identify the person authorised to change it and separate any personalisation data from general product specifications.

02

Approve a coherent branding system

Agree logo scale, placement and decoration across tees, polos, fleece and trousers. Different surfaces may need different processes, so approve representative decorated samples rather than one artwork file alone.

03

Plan packing and replenishment

Define unit labels, set pairing, carton quantities and location codes before packing. Reorders require material and shade checks as well as a new delivery confirmation; quantities and transit costs are quoted for each destination.

What closes each approval stage?

A written brief records the requirements. A reviewed sample resolves fit and construction. A pre-production record identifies the accepted material, artwork, measurements and packing instructions. Agree who can approve changes and keep version numbers on each file.

Separate production from delivery

Standard-style production takes 15 working days; custom production takes 20–25 working days. Confirm the schedule start date and approval milestones for your order. These are production periods, not shipping transit times.

Sea freight, air freight and express courier are supported. Transit time, freight charges, packing and any duties or taxes are confirmed for your destination.
