These specifications apply to our short- and long-sleeve performance polos. Exact fabric route, solid colour and M–5XL inventory are reconfirmed for each quotation.
Breathability, stretch and moisture management are confirmed product directions. Agree any numeric performance target, test method and fibre-label wording before using a quantified claim.
Sample views
Request actual front and back views, seam close-ups, inside finishing and a measured size chart for the proposed sample. The specification panel describes development decisions; it does not present an unverified garment as a finished sample.

Product development guide
Long-sleeve polos combine a collared uniform appearance with greater arm coverage. Define the wearing environment and whether sleeves will frequently be pushed up before specifying the cuff.

Test seated desk work, reaching and elbow bend in the sample. Check cuff recovery after wear and make any sleeve changes before the size chart is released for grading.
Share the style reference, intended use, fabric direction, colour and size quantities, logo artwork and destination. Include a target delivery date and identify decisions you want help developing.
Ask the quote to distinguish garment cost, decoration, labels, packaging, sampling and freight. Fees, payment milestones and acceptance criteria need written agreement.

The confirmed solid-colour ready-stock direction uses 70–85% nylon/polyamide or polyester at 250–350 g/m², in M–5XL. It is positioned as lightweight, breathable, high stretch and moisture wicking for business, smart teamwear and everyday movement; any numeric claim requires an agreed test method.
Yes. Sleeve length, cuff height and opening can be developed to your specification, with a DIY custom logo or print on the front chest or back. Review elbow bend, reach, cuff recovery and decoration on the sample before approval.
Standard samples take 3–4 days and custom samples 3–7 days. Standard-style production takes 15 working days; custom production takes 20–25 working days. Confirm the start point and project schedule in writing.
Approve both fabrics and trims together using physical swatches and samples. Screen previews show colour directions only; fabric structures and dye lots can affect the finished shade.
