Material & weight

Pure cotton, Huamian cotton (华棉), or polyester, with 96% or more of the selected principal fibre. Confirm 200–400 g/m², the selected inside finish and the final fibre declaration on a physical swatch. Ready-stock styles are available; exact fabric route, colour, size and seasonal suitability are reconfirmed in the quotation.

Define collar height, zip guard, zipper, sleeve finish, pockets and seam layout.

Fit & size range

Allow for the intended base layer. Confirm chest, sleeve, body length and grading on a physical sample. Confirmed relaxed-fit size range: S–5XL. Garment measurement tolerance: 1–3 cm.

Branding

Confirm chest or sleeve branding against collar, zip and seam positions before decoration sampling. DIY branding supports a custom logo or print on the front chest or back. These ready-stock styles are supplied without hangtags unless separately specified and quoted.

Packaging & cartons

All products support custom individual packaging and custom cartons. Confirm the bag or box material, dimensions, artwork, carton marks, pack ratio, quantity and any destination requirements in the quotation.

MOQ & size mix

Standard-style orders start at 100+ pieces, with logo customization and mixed sizes supported. Custom orders start at 300–500+ pieces. Confirm the applicable custom minimum and the style/color breakdown in your quotation.

Samples

Standard samples take 3–4 days; custom samples take 3–7 days. Sample fees, revision rounds and sample delivery charges are confirmed separately.

Production

Standard-style production takes 15 working days; custom production takes 20–25 working days. Confirm the schedule start date and approval milestones for your order. These are production periods, not shipping transit times.

Shipping

Sea freight, air freight and express courier are supported. Transit time, freight charges, packing and any duties or taxes are confirmed for your destination.

Request actual front and back views, seam close-ups, inside finishing and a measured size chart for the proposed sample. The specification panel describes development decisions; it does not present an unverified garment as a finished sample.

A midlayer needs room for the base garment without unnecessary bulk. Specify the intended layering system and collar position before selecting fleece weight, sleeve shape and zip length.

Before approving your sample

Try the midlayer with the intended base garment. Cycle the zip, check reinforcement at its base and review collar behaviour fully open and closed.

What to send for a useful quote

Share the style reference, intended use, fabric direction, colour and size quantities, logo artwork and destination. Include a target delivery date and identify decisions you want help developing.

Ask the quote to distinguish garment cost, decoration, labels, packaging, sampling and freight. Fees, payment milestones and acceptance criteria need written agreement.

What specifications are confirmed for fleece outer layers and midlayers?

The confirmed range uses pure cotton, Huamian cotton (华棉) or polyester with 96% or more of the selected principal fibre, 200–400 g/m², relaxed solid-colour ready-stock styles, S–5XL and a 1–3 cm garment measurement tolerance. Summer, spring and all-season options depend on the selected fabric and construction.

Can I add a custom front-chest or back design?

Yes. Select a custom logo or print for the front chest or back. For zip styles, confirm that the artwork clears the collar, zipper and seams. Final dimensions, method and fabric compatibility are approved on the sample.

Can fleece outer layers ship in custom packaging?

Yes. Custom individual packaging and custom cartons are supported for all products. Provide the packaging artwork, dimensions, carton marks and size allocation so these details can be included in the written quotation and packing specification.
